How far in advance do airport pick-ups need to be booked?
Our office normally requires 24 hours before your transfer date and you must receive a confirmation from a member of our staff, transfer bookings must be confirmed within office hours, Mon to Sat 08.30 am to 13.00 pm & 15.00 pm to 7.00 pm and sun 09:00 am to 13:00 pm, however if the transfer is on the same day feel free to call us on (+34) 677441628 we will do our best arrange a driver to pick you up.
How do I pay?
With 2 Spain transfers you do not have to worry about giving your credit card details over the internet, it is not necessary , NO payment is required up front, All transfer fares are pre arranged with you and the drivers ensuring a hassle free transfer and unpleasant surprises once you reach your holiday destination. The price that appears on the confirmed booking form is the final price. All transfers are to be paid in Euros to the driver once you arrive at your private home or holiday destination.
Must I give the driver a tip?
Tips are voluntary that totally depends on you, the drivers will accept happily.

We are always trying to offer our customers the best value transfers without having to renounce quality service. We are aware of the economic crisis affecting tourists all over the world that is why 2 Spain transfers have decided for 2013 we will not increase our prices as usual; this means that our clients will be reserving transfers at 2008 prices.
Do you have Child booster seats, baby seats, and infant carriers?
Yes we provide Both baby seats and booster seats they can easily be selected on our online reservation booking form, Please make sure to provide the age of your child so that our suppliers can provide an adequate seat . There is a small charge of €3 for each seat on each journey. If you prefer you can also bring your own child seats.
Are your vehicles insured?
All our suppliers vehicles are fully licensed and fully insured by the Spanish authorities, with passenger liability cover and strictly observe public license operating regulations. Beware of illegal suppliers their drivers are usually at the airport with hand written signs, they offer cheap transfers but they do not have the proper licenses or insurances, We take our passenger safety very seriously.
Why are your prices cheaper than other companies?
We work very hard to bring you competitive rates without having to renounce quality service.
We do not pay for advertising and rely on customers finding us through the major search engines. This saves us having to inflate our prices to cover those costs.

Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book?
No, we only offer private transfers, so the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for your group, you decide if you would like to share.
Does the driver speak English?
Most of our drivers speak English; if you would like an English speaking driver do inform when reserving.
How many people can travel in one of your cars?
A maximum of four people can travel in a standard sized car this includes small children who count as one passenger for insurance purposes, mini buses are available.
Do you offer sightseeing tours?
Yes we offer sightseeing tours all over the Andalucian coast, Alicante, Barcelona, Gibraltar, Tenerife (North and South), Grand Canary Island and marbella airport transfers, please email us on tailor made quotes , we will be happy to quote.
ONCE AT THE AIRPORT.
Where do we meet the driver once we have arrived?
Once you have landed and collected your luggage from the baggage reclaim belt, and pass the arrivals hall your licensed taxi or minibus driver will be waiting for you and your party holding an official OMT (Spanish airport authority) sign with the lead passengers name clearly printed on it, If a Transfer Company asks to meet you anywhere apart from the designated area in the arrivals terminal, they will be illegal, their vehicles will also not be insured for passenger liability cover. You should remember that if stopped by the Guardia Civil the vehicle would be confiscated immediately leaving you stranded. A vehicle that is licensed will be SP (Servicio Publico) plated by the Spanish Authorities and you can always ask to see a copy of the Companies “Tarjeta de Transporte” license if you are concerned. Please do not ruin your holiday before it has started.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
All flights are constantly monitored by our drivers, If your flight is delayed there is no need to worry they will be aware of the delay and your assigned driver will be at airport waiting for you when you arrive.
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver under normal circumstances waits for 60 minutes, which allows sufficient time to proceed from the plane to clear customs to the arrival hall, if you still have not arrived the driver will make enquiries with the flight company Only after all this and if there is still no sign of the passengers l the driver will leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or baggage and you have provided a mobile telephone number, please ensure that it is switched on, as the head office may be trying to contact you. If you do not receive a call from us or you have not provided a mobile contact number on your reservation please contact our emergency number provided on your booking form to ensure that the driver waits for you.
What papers do I have to show to the driver at the airport?
On arrival you must show the printed voucher (email confirmation), this prevents you being picked up by the wrong driver.
ON THE JOURNEY.
Is the transfer direct?
All our transfers are direct and door to door (unless it’s a pedestrian street).
We have lots of luggage, will there be room?
Generally, standard size taxis can carry three to four medium sized suitcases( depending on the vehicle) plus hand luggage. If your luggage exceeds this, we recommend you upgrade to a larger sized vehicle as it is illegal to tie the boot of the vehicle down.
Can we stop off at the supermarket on our way to our holiday resort?
Yes it is possible, as long as the office is informed previously, although this might not be possible at peak times – a supplement may be applicable.
Do you charge if I need to collect keys?
Providing the key collection is en-route, there will be no extra charge.
Can I go via the toll roads?
Some destinations have optional toll roads, if you would like to travel via these roads inform the driver and he will sum the amount to your confirmed rate.
Can I smoke in the Taxi or Minibus?
Sorry to say that the public service vehicles operated by our suppliers are strictly non smoking.
Should I tip the driver?
The pre agreed price does not include gratuity, if the driver has been helpful and polite and you feel the need to tip they will happily accept as it is normal to do so.

ON DEPARTURE:
Your driver will meet you at your pre-arranged time and pick up point. (Please be aware of Taxi touts, your driver will always have your name and booking reference with him.
How can I cancel or make amendments to my already booked transfer?
I f you would like to make changes to your reservation or cancel, you just simply click here and inform us of the changes you would like to make.
My company requires an invoice, can you supply one?
Yes we can provide you with an invoice simply send the head office your company details when reserving, name, address and VAT registration number.
